My name is Josh and I'm from hobbs,NM and one of my favorite sports is baseball.Speaking of which this baseball season is off to a great start Mark Mcgwire going for the record again WOW!With all the trades and everything else all teams should be equall.The man pictured to your left is one of the best players this sport ever saw, or at least he was okay for a Yankee.Well be ready for anything to happen this season.One thing that may not happen is big mac even getting 61 unlesss he goes on a hot streak. but don't under estamate him.

COLORADO TRADEGY

I'm sure by now all of you have heard about what happened in Colorado and i hope all of you will pray for the friends and family of the victums and killers so their souls can rest. Please try to prevent this from happining anywhere else if you here any kids bragging that there going to do let someone know about.a tradegy like that could happen anywhere but you can prevent it. This is our world lets no destroy we are a self-destroying race but it can be changed. GOD BLESS ALL.

My home town
|
My home town is Hobbs home of the eagles and our sports are doing really good. Our freshman baseball team is 11-8 finishing over 500. and getting fourth place in the Hobbs JV tournament, the JV team is also doing well with the Hobbs JV tournament win under there belt.The JV team was invited to the Eunice varsity tournament and they got third place after beating the number one seed in the tournament which was Denver City.The varsity team is off to a good start their 6-6 in disrict play and got second place in the Las cruces tournament in the second inning of the Lovington game Ash Roan came up to the plate and hit a foul ball that ended up on mars and then he hit one fair and way out of the park.After his at bat Josh Birmingham steps up to the plate and gets a homerun of his own,after that pete hit one followed by Brock Ruiz. That makes four in a Row WOW!In the double header against Roswell Cody Paul hit four homeruns and went 7 for 7 in the second game.the Eagles got swept by goddard but they can still get into state if they win four in a row.
